  • you share the apartment with people living in Madrid;
  • other students may be hosted in the same apartment;
  • double rooms are rarely available;
  • usualy between 21-35 years old;
  • you have to abide by the rules of your housemaster concerning smoking, visitors and use of the phone;
  • shared kitchen and washing machine;
  • you usually have to share the bathroom;
  • your own key;
  • all bills (apart from telephone) are included in the price;
