How to register?
You can either register online, send us an email, phone us, or come by our office in Madrid personally.
You will be asked to fill out an enrolment form and we will discuss the most suitable course / programme with you.

How to pay?
We accept cash payments, bank transfers as well as credit cards (visa and mastercard). With the registration you need to do an upfront payment.The remaining amount has to be paid on the first day of your course.
I also booked accommodation? How do I get to my place?
We will provide you with the address of the place as well as a description how to get there. Inhispania provides also an airport pick-up service at additional charge.
What happens if my flight arrives late at night?
If you have booked a room in a shared (student) apartment reception at the accommodation can only be guaranteed between 8-22 o´clock. Outside of this timetable student will have to stay at their own cost at a hostal / guesthouse during the first night (we will recommend you non expensive options). This does not apply for bookings of accommodation in hostel / hotel.
When do I have to show up at school?
Usually Monday morning between 9.30 and 10 o´clock, unless we gave you a specific time.
Do I need to pay anything else?
With the payments stated in the enrolment form your costs are fully covered.
However, if you wish to participate in activities which involve travel or entrance costs, you have to pay for this always yourself.
Should you proceed to another level, you would be requiered to purchase your new course book (11 euros).
What happens if I choose a programme and would like to have a week of vacation inbetween?
This you have to tell us when enroling or at least with a two week notice. You could take this week when back from vacation.
Can I prepare for the UK “A-level” exams?
Our teachers are trained on the requirements of the “A-level” exams and are able to prepare students for this. Please contact us for more details.
I would like to register my child for a programme. What do I need to do?
The minimum age is 16 years. Please consider that all courses are designed for adults and there would be no teenager-specific course. If you find that this is acceptable for your child you need to fill in the enrolment form and sign it on behalf of your child.

How do I know in which level I will be?
We ask our students to do a level test. This level test can be done before coming to Inhispania (online or via email). If there are doubts we will have an interview with a teacher to make sure to find the appropriate level for you.
