Registration, payment and cancellation conditions

Registration

·        Registration can be done by e-mail, phone, conventional mail or at school.

·        Matrícula form - complete and return to Inhispania.com

·        Prueba de nivel - complete and return to Inhispania.com

 Payments

·        Enrolment fee to be paid in advance (25 Euros). Methods of payment accepted are credit card or cash. This fee is never refundable.

·        If booked via phone or internet, a partial upfront payment of at least 150 € has to be paid.

·        Outstanding payment due on first day of course in Madrid

·        Discount promotions are valid only for cash payments

Cancellation

·        If the cancellation of the course is done 14 days before arrival at the school there is a charge of the enrolment fee of 25 Euros and 30% from the total price of the course and accommodation. When a cancellation is received 10 days or more before the course is due to start, the deposit of at least 150 € will not be refunded. The enrolment fee of  25 € is never refundable. This is also valid for cancellations due to visa refusement. In this case the client has to show a official refusal document, issued by the country’s authorities.

·        Costs for parts of a course missed due to illness, early departure, delayed arrival, etc. will not be refunded.

·        If only one student enrolled for a class, the school offers the class as a One-to-One session for half of the paid time (e.g. 1 hour One-to-One instead 2 hours group).

  Public holidays

The school will be closed during the official public holidays in Madrid.  Inhispania.com will not refund any money. See calendar for 2003
